About the Sale

- This idea is that you just walk in and it runs itself. We can stay on in a limited advising capacity for 90 days. However, as a condition of the sale, you agree to use our locally roasted coffee beans for 5 years or the life of the business at standard pricing. With that comes unlimited consultation because you would be our client at that point and it is a service we offer to all of our clients. We will also provide the 6 month and 12 month preventative maintenance on the espresso machine.
