- Commercial facility maintenance in the United States is roughly a $119 billion market growing each year, and the work is routed through national networks that dispatch to approved vendors. The constraint in this industry is not customer demand, it is approved vendor supply. Running five full-time technicians I could not take every work order I was offered.
