It's hard to post our baby for sale, but you now have the opportunity to own The Golden Croissant - an upscale kiosk located in the one and only Sawgrass Mills Mall! Just opened on June 23rd, 2025 and already operating at a profit.

This turnkey business specializes in artisanal croissants with unique, crowd-pleasing flavors and high-quality coffee, catering to a diverse customer base of locals, tourists, and mall shoppers. From Strawberry Buttercream Croissant to Dubai Chocolate Croissant, customers fall in love with their new favorite treat.

We are located in a prime location! It took over a year just to have a lease secured with Sawgrass Mills Mall (which has ~30,000,000 visitors per year!). This is a turnkey operation; we are a fully equipped kiosk with modern equipment, including a Saeco commercial espresso machine, display cases, brand new fridges, Square register, and more. All recipes and vendors will be shared. The business is up and running, and we have excellent employees.

Our vision is to open more locations in other malls, as well as brick-and-mortar storefronts, and to franchise the brand. We are no longer able to pursue this, as all our attention is on our family and new baby. Our loss is your gain.
