We started Graymarc because we thought sellers deserved better. Better than a rushed process, a distracted broker, or an advisor who's also working the other side of the deal. Selling a business is one of the biggest decisions an owner will ever make, and most people only do it once. We wanted to build something that took that seriously.
Our background covers business financing, buy-side M&A, and brokerage work across a range of industries. That means we've seen these deals from multiple angles, and we use that experience to represent sellers more effectively.
