Attached is all the information requested. The seller applied for the 145/MRO in January of 2022, and received the certificate 2 months ago: September 2024. So, almost 3 years it took. Total investment so far has been $2,622,000 and counting. This year so far, is $712,000 invested. Theye have 7 employees counting the DOM and Chief Inspector. Their apprentice is about to earn his A or P. The Fund Mangers draw no salary. Attached, Asset List, shows an estimated $581,000 in equipment, tooling, computer/desks, and other assets.

The reason for selling, is it’s gonna cost them an estimated $1.0m to properly get their name out there and drum up consistent small to mid sized jet business to be profitable. However, they have been able to get on the vendor list of some very large clients, 3 of the top 10 biggest 135’s so far. Currently their revenue is 95% jets, mostly 135’s, and almost all AOG.
