Depending on the year, this business during its formation saw multiple triple-digit growth periods (adding new locations bumps revenue substantially). Stores are easy to open, it's never taken longer than 4 weeks to get one from lease signing to open. 2025 saw 10% year-over-year sales increases, a record-setting sales month, and a local award plus multiple earned media opportunities.

Note that operation is still technically a startup, but the systems and operations have already been figured out. Current plans are in place where revenue could surpass $1MM+ within a year.

Prospective buyers MUST have $1MM liquid for the asset purchase and funds needed to operate post-sale. We can't entertain buyers without proof of funds or verified accredited investor involvement. Founders are unable to take the business across the finish line on their own, but retail numbers are impressive & any other retail store would kill for. We have 40% plus product margins (rare in grocery), loyal customers, contact/sales data for EVERY customer (registration is mandatory to purchase), and our recurring revenue portion means we have a large fraction of customers paying up to hundreds of dollars a month repeatedly...year round. We're currently adding 1-5 new recurring customers per day with very little marketing and advertising. A member referral program helps bring in new faces. Social media and google search ads have had high CTR in the past.

We have a built-in network from the ground-up for sourcing unique and one-of-a-kind products that other stores can't touch.
