Business Description
Established children's performing arts school in Palm Beach County, serving the same community for nine years. The school teaches dance, gymnastics, vocal and theater to children ages 3 to 17, and runs weekend academic and language enrichment classes for the same families. Dance styles include ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, hip hop, jazz-funk and acrobatics. Seasonal camps run during winter break, spring break and summer.

Students compete two to six times a year at regional events. In 2026 the school's small group took Platinum Plus, first place and the highest score of the event at one competition, and all three of its entries at the Advanced level earned Platinum at another. This was the school's first season competing at the Advanced level.

Classes are taught by six part-time instructors. The ballet teacher trained at leading programs in Europe and New York; the vocal coach has 21 years of teaching experience; the academic teachers have 15 to 20 years each. The owner does not teach and works about five hours a week on administration. The school runs the same way with an owner-operator who wants to teach, or with an investor who keeps the current staff.

Tuition is billed monthly. New families join through a free trial class. The school has a new SEO-optimized website, active Instagram, Facebook and YouTube channels, and online registration with email marketing. It is one of the few schools in its area that offers dance, gymnastics, vocal and weekend academic programs at one location, which keeps families enrolled in more than one program.

The sale includes the business name, website, social media accounts, curriculum and all furniture, fixtures and equipment. The owner is relocating. The business may qualify for an E-2 visa; buyers should verify with a qualified immigration attorney.

Facilities & Assets
The school operates from a 1,700 sq ft unit in a retail plaza with monthly rent under $4,000. The lease runs through mid-2027 with a renewal option. The space is built out for dance and gymnastics classes.

Furniture, fixtures and equipment valued at about $15,000 are included; an itemized equipment list is available. Intangible assets included: business name and logo, SEO-optimized website, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts, and the school's curriculum. Online registration and email marketing tools currently run through the owner's other company and can be kept by the buyer for a monthly fee. No inventory. Real estate is not included.
Market Outlook / Competition
Western Palm Beach County has a dense family population and steady demand for children's after-school programs. Within about six miles there are three notable dance studios: a full-service studio operating for over 40 years, a ballet-focused studio in the same area, and a new boutique academy. All three teach dance only.

This school competes on breadth. It is the only one of the group with dance, gymnastics, vocal, theater and weekend academic classes in one place, so a family with two children covers several activities without driving to two or three studios. It competes at the Advanced level and took Platinum awards there in 2026. Pricing is published and a free trial class brings in new families; competitors quote pricing by phone. The owner's five-hour week is unusual: competing studios are run by owner-teachers.

The gap in the area is one location for several children's activities. This school fills it and can grow by adding programs the dance-only studios do not offer.
Opportunities for Growth
The studio is idle on weekday mornings and early afternoons. Adding preschool movement classes, mommy-and-me sessions and adult fitness or dance classes would use the space and staff already paid for.

Marketing today reaches mostly one community through word of mouth and social media. Paid local search and school-partnership marketing to the broader English-speaking market in the area would add students at low cost.

Birthday parties and studio rental to independent instructors during off-hours add revenue with no new fixed cost.

Camps run in three seasons; extending to full-day summer programming for eight to ten weeks is standard for studios of this size and is the largest single revenue add available.

A second competition team and private lessons for competitive dancers raise revenue per student and keep families enrolled longer.
