My wife and I have spent the last seven years building our Amazon FBA store (store was built in 2019). We wanted to build a store that is mainly based around subscription based products so that we don't have to pay any more money to acquire a new customer. This thesis has worked out very well for us since seventy six percent of all the products and orders we get are now on a subscription base that people just reorder every single month.

The store primarily sells pet products such as Mini Dog Treats, Temptations cat treats, Purina dog bones (rawhide) , Cat litter, Pork dog chews, dental dog treats & dog nail clippers amongst others. As you can see, these are products that people already know and love and will reorder no matter how their finances are doing. People always want to care for their pets.

The store does not take up too much of my time and I spend about thirty minutes every single week just consolidating all of the numbers and making sure everything is running smoothly. I currently have one employee that works in the store. She handles everything, including operations and talking to our 3pl service provider that picks and packs all the products, makes sure that they are creating combo packs and sending these into Amazon's fulfillment centers.

You do not need to have any e-commerce experience or any business experience to take over the store. Everything is very well documented. So much so that a thirteen year old kid could run the store. Everything is pretty turnkey as my one employee handles everything. And I will also be on standby for a period of 8 months post sale to help with anything needed.
