Colter's specializes in hickory-smoked beef brisket, pork ribs, link sausage, barbecue chicken, turkey breast, ham and pulled pork. Colter's supplies the prototypical plans for construction. We'll help with site selection and equipment vendor alternatives. We will also consult on your financial proposal and are proud to be an SBA approved concept, which should help in your investment. While Colter's offers the traditional, free-standing franchise, we now offer the smaller, limited menu concept in non-traditional environments such as regional mall food courts, airports and end caps. These provide increased flexibility to locate in or near high density, popular markets, and yet still exceed Colter's high standards.
