Introduction
Business has been a central part of my life since 1999. Throughout my career, I have been involved in international logistics, manufacturing, financial services, and cross-border business operations across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and North America.
Since 2014, I have owned, operated, acquired, and sold businesses in the United States. My background includes hospitality, restaurants, service businesses, contracting companies, logistics operations, and other privately held enterprises. Having personally experienced both the challenges and rewards of business ownership, I understand the decisions owners face when considering growth, partnerships, acquisitions, restructuring, succession planning, or an exit.
Unlike many advisors who have only worked as intermediaries, I have spent years as an entrepreneur, investor, and operator. This experience allows me to understand transactions from the perspective of both buyers and sellers and to focus on practical solutions rather than theoretical advice.
Over the years, I have participated in numerous business acquisitions, sales, mergers, partner buyouts, and business restructurings. These experiences have given me valuable insight into negotiation, due diligence, financing, operational transitions, and deal execution.
