Introduction
Brian Adolph is the proud President and Owner of Transworld Business Advisors of Canton. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Brian has first-hand experience acquiring and divesting his businesses after starting his marketing and sales management career. Before starting his own marketing agency in Bakersfield, he began facilitating marketing internships at prestigious California universities like UCLA, CSU Northridge, UCSB, and Loyola Marymount.
When a family accident brought Brian back to Ohio, he scaled up the family's vending operation, selling it 10+ years later to pursue a passion in financial technology arenas. His diverse background in sales leadership, business banking, fintech solutions, and business operations enables him to provide unique consultancy. Brian primarily focuses on increasing shareholder value across core business components like cash flow, risk management, operations, analysis, and planning, ensuring optimal exit strategies and identifying the best buyers to retain a companies ongoing operations and legacy.
Brian serves as a volunteer business mentor and Treasurer for the Akron Canon SCORE chapter, assisting small businesses with planning, launching, managing, and accelerating growth.
Selling or buying a business is a complex process that Brian has intimate experience with from both sides of the transaction. Having initially been on the buying side with Transworld, he joined their team as a Broker initially and after a year ultimately purchased his own territory for Canton because he appreciated their motto of "Good Deals, Good People, and Great Outcomes" and the family-oriented approach while executing thousands of successful business transactions over a 40+ year span.
