In 2002 the Company began operations as a retail cigar and tobacco business, and has built a loyal customer base and a reputation for quality and service.  In 2004,  the owners strategically diversified by adding Money Service Business (MSB) operations, transforming the Company into a dual-revenue enterprise that has now operated continuously for over two decades.

The MSB division provides a suite of essential, non-bank financial services, including money transmission, check cashing, and money order sales. The business is an important community asset and fills a critical need for individuals and businesses in communities that are often un-banked, positioning the Company as a vital access point for financial inclusion in its market. The business closely adheres to regulations regarding anti-money laundering (AML) and counterterrorist financing statutes, reflecting an established and compliant operating infrastructure that represents significant value to a prospective buyer.
