I became a business broker because I believe every business represents something bigger than its balance sheet. Behind every listing is a person who built something — sacrificed for it, showed up for it, and eventually reached the moment where it was time to pass it on. I take that seriously.
My job is to make sure that transition happens with integrity, precision, and the kind of professional execution that protects what the seller built and puts the buyer in the best possible position to succeed.
My Background
I hold an MBA and bring a background that spans business operations, financial analysis, culinary arts, and multi-industry professional experience. That combination matters in this work. When I sit across from a seller, I'm not just running numbers — I'm understanding how their business actually operates, where the value lives, and how to communicate that clearly and compellingly to the right buyers.

Every seller engagement starts with an honest conversation. I want to understand your business, your timeline, your goals, and your concerns. From there, I build a complete picture:
Valuation First. I don't guess at asking prices. I conduct a full SDE recast — normalizing financials, removing non-recurring items, and applying appropriate market multiples to arrive at a defensible, market-aligned valuation. Sellers who come in with accurate pricing sell faster and with fewer renegotiations.
Professional Marketing Materials. Every listing I take gets a multi-section Confidential Information Memorandum — not a one-page flyer. Buyers who receive well-documented information are better qualified, better prepared, and move through due diligence faster.
Buyer Qualification. I manage the NDA and buyer screening process so sellers aren't fielding calls from unqualified parties. Every buyer who gets access to your information has signed a confidentiality agreement and passed an initial qualification review.
Active Deal Management. Once a buyer is identified, the work doesn't stop. I manage offers, counteroffers, LOIs, due diligence timelines, and closing coordination — staying in the deal to keep it moving.
